This article explains how to find a Photomator crash report on a Mac.

1. Open Spotlight

To open Spotlight, click the magnifying glass icon in the upper-right corner of the menu bar, or press Command-Space from any app.

2. Find the Console app

After opening Spotlight, type the word 'Console' and press the Return key.

3. Find a crash report

On the left side of the Console window, click to choose the Crash Reports category. A Photomator crash will start with the word 'Photomator'. Click to select it.

Note: If there aren't any crash reports for Photomator, this means it did not quit unexpectedly but may have stopped responding. In that case, you may be able to find a spin report in the Spin Reports category.

4. Send us the crash report to your response

In the Console toolbar, click Share and choose the Mai app. In the email, include any other relevant information, like what made Photomator crash. Send us the crash report at support@pixelmator.com.
