This article explains how to find your iOS device specs and version of Pixelmator for iOS.
1. Find your iOS device specs
To find your iOS device specs, tap Settings on your Home screen or the Dock on iPad. In the General category, tap About.
2. Take a screenshot of your iPad specs
To take a screenshot, press the top button and the volume up button at the same time, then quickly release both buttons.
3. Find your Pixelmator version
In the Settings app, scroll down to find Pixelmator.
4. Take a screenshot of your Pixelmator for iOS version
To take a screenshot, press the top button and the volume up button at the same time, then quickly release both buttons.
5. Send the screenshots to us
Once you have both screenshots in your Photos library, attach them to your email to us along with any other relevant information, such as a crash report.
